The mounting head is made of specail steel which is wearable, unplayable and unbreakable.
The hexangular shaft is made of S41 hex steel, which can avoid the distortion when operate the stiff tire.
Double-bending technical made the vertical column with high intensity.
The clamp on the turntable has 3 steps to adjust inside to ensure clamping 10"-26" tire.
The clamp is made of specail material, be able to bear long time.
The quick deflate valves are installed in front of / at the rear of the bead breaker cylinder to fasten the speed of the movement of the piston. The one-side of movement can be completed in about 2-3 seconds.
The horizontal arm use 50mm square shaft which can ensure the intensity and endurance.
The bead breaker blade adopts the arc design and can rotate in four direction so that it can release the bead brake power better when do the work.
The width of the bead breaker arm working can adjust two step to make sure brake max 15" tire.
The pedal assembly adopts the drawer structure in order to remove and maintain expediently.
The diameter of the clamp control cylinder is 80mm to make sure the clamp power stronger.
Provide exhaust inflation function to help the tire stick against the rim closely very fast.
